Description
This was a renovation and a full seismic retrofit of the historic Lighthouse of the Blind building at 7th and Howard in San Francisco. There were full height shot-crete shear walls built in several places in the building, all of the windows were re-built and re-glazed, new partition walls were built to separate 22 units and a fully functioning rooftop gathering space was created with new elevator service to the roof.
