Description
Four stories wood framed studios built over a partially submersed podium garage. The architecture is dynamic with 4 story slanted architectural steel columns around three of the four sides. A Gold Nugget winner along with Excellence in Design Award from the Environmental Design + Construction Magazine. This building was designed and built to LEED standard before LEED was awarding certificates.
